Happy Birthday

One year ago today a very special baby boy was born, my nephew Mason. Today we are celebrating and having his first Birthday party. This sweet boy has captured our hearts and whose smile and mooches can turn a bad day into a wonderful one.
Mason I can't even begin to express how much your Aunt Lauren loves you. I just wanted to wish you a very Happy 1st Birthday. I can't believe it has been a year since you were born and how much you have already grown and changed. You are so blessed to have such wonderful parents (again twiggy you did so good!). You have so many people that love you and will always be here to love and support you in everything that you do. I can't wait to see how much you continue to grow and change in the coming year. I love you to the moon and back Mase Happy Birthday!

Early Christmas and a Winner!

 

Yesterday I got a wonderful surprise Bryan decided to give me one of my Christmas presents early which surprised me. He was out of town and called and said I needed to go ahead and have one of my presents since he knew I would want to use it on Christmas. He told me where to find it (was not even under the tree) and guess what.... it was an IPhone!! Finally have one now thank goodness and let me just say I am in love!

First off like most of you I spent a lot of time watching the news over the weekend (which is something I rarely do) and it broke my heart. I don't know what this world is coming to. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone.

 

If your like me and do most of your shopping online. So if your going to shop online why not get money back when you do it? It is super easy all you have to do is go to one of the sites and click on the store you want from there.  I have been using Mr. Rebates and Ebates but I have recently found BeFrugal I was so excited to find many of the places I shop at had a higher % back here. I still check all 3 before purchasing because of course I want the most money back on items. They all also give you coupon codes for stores that you are shopping at. FYI if you do shop at Kohls online you want to go through Ebates that is the only one I know of that is kind of weird if you have a coupon code outside of the ones they have listed.

Trip to Santa and a Giveaway

 

Hope everyone is having a great week! Last weekend we went once again to visit The Legendary Santa with McKayla and this year Mason. The tradition started when my grandparents took my Mom, Aunt and Uncle to see him. Once we were born my Mom, Dad and eventually sisters and cousins would all go and wait in line early in the morning so we would be one of the first ones in to see him come down the Chimney. This is and always will be one of my favorite memories growing up.

Lindsey and Leslie were the extra early birds and got there to wait in line for everyone. I rode with Mama and we left town about 6:15 in the morning to make our hour and a half drive.


The next group was Chris, his Mom Trish and Mason.

Now it is time to go in and see him coming down the chimney! If you look close you can see his boots (sorry the picture is not very good).

Now I just have to throw this in it is just to funny not to. On the way to see Santa we passed by a restaurant and this was the sign on the side... I could not stop laughing! Kind of hard to read but the middle sign says FREE SMELLS... Seriously?????
