We have been getting text from Lindsey but she called this morning! It was so wonderful to hear her voice! She is having a wonderful time and she will be home late tomorrow please continue to keep her in your prayers!

 

Now if you have ever read this you know there are 3 L's.

The Weekend & A New blog design

 

Hi everyone hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Ours was pretty good. I am so excited about my new design! Jenn from Munchkin Land Design did it for me and she is absolutely amazing. Everything turned out just the way I wanted. What do you think of it?

Sunday was a messy rainy, icy, snowy day so B and I stayed in and were totally lazy (deserved I guess since we didn't get home til 3 in the morning).

 

Please continue to keep Lindsey in your prayers this week I can't wait til she is home. She has been sending us messages everyday since she left and she is doing great.

Saying a Prayer

I'm sure most have seen or follow my sister Lindsey's blog Let the Light Shine. She is on a plane now headed to Haiti on a mission trip. Please keep her in your prayers this week. I am so very proud of her for what she is doing but I also am already ready for her to be home (sisters worry). There have certainly been many tears but I know she is doing something that he laid on her heart to do. This will however will definitely be a long week for us at home. Please pray for her to spread the word that God has laid in her heart and for him to bring her home safely. Lindsey I love you so much and I am so proud of you and I can't wait to give you a huge hug when you get home (and I promise not cry or at least a much as yesterday). Stay safe and you will be constantly in my prayers.

The Weekend

Friday night I went to Mama's to visit Mason since Leslie and her husband went out for her birthday.

 

Do you remember the Fisher Price Poppers? Well they do still make them but the one below is actually the one from when we were little. It survived 3 girls but Mason is just to strong :)



 

Uh oh... I will fix it.

Okay so I just have to share this. Saturday night a little after 9:30...

I was in the kitchen and Bryan comes in and goes to the fridge. Keep in mind 1. I had just done my nails about 30 minutes before this and 2. Bryan and I don't eat or drink any of the same things so I always have to make seperate things for each of us and 3. He is famous for finishing his tea and putting the empty pitcher back in the fridge (which is what he did)

 

Bryan- I don't have any tea left so we don't have anything good to drink at home (walks off sulking)

Me- If you wash the pitcher I will start the tea (and I start pulling the stuff out)

Bryan- I didn't know I would have to wash anything. I will go to McDonald's and pick one up.

Me- Seriously??? You will drive to town at almost 10 at night for a sweet tea just so you don't have to wash a pitcher?

Bryan- Yes

 

Sometimes you just don't know what to say.

It was pretty good I think I would have rather seen it at home but that may be because it was so long... like 2 and a half hours!
