Sometimes and Always

Today is my first link up to Sometimes and Always so here goes...

Sometimes: I try to be good and drink water....

Always: I end up back with my Diet Mtn Dew

Sometimes: I go into the store for a handful of things

Always: I come out with way more than I thought

Sometimes: I look at makeup up and say I don't need it

Always: I talk myself into it or go back and get it

Sometimes: I try to quit smoking

Always: I end up picking them up again

Sometimes: I have a really bad day

Always: I see my nephew or nieces and smile and know everything is going to be okay

Sometimes: I say I'm going to go to bed early

Always: I find something to do that keeps me up late!
