On Monday I finally started back counting my points. It has been awhile since I have been on weight watchers but of everything I have ever done that worked the best. I personally don't like or feel the need to go to the meetings since I don't like being around people I don't know or feel comfortable with. I do however like having people I know to talk to luckily several girls at work are doing it too which makes it so much easier and keeps you on your toes. I was on it several years and have only been to a meeting 1 time ever and that was actually after I had been on it for a few years. I hope to be where I want be Christmas (fingers crossed). I just need to remember once I get to the number I set I need to let that be enough. I have a tendency to get where I think I want to be then when I get there it is never enough. Hopefully I can stick to what I decided on.
What has worked best for you?
I'm on Weight Watcher too! I have been back on track for the last two weeks and i feels great! (unfortunately I'm playing catch up, losing everything I gained back) but its ok, I'll get there! I personally love the meetings, I look forward to going to them each week! Do you have e-tools? What is your user name? We could be friends on there! My name there is lifeofvicki :) We can hold eachother accountable!
